What size and type of forklift trucks can I hire?

Casual Hire - from 1.5 tonnes to 4 tonnes Diesel, Gas & Electric

Rough Terrain (JCB/Manitou)

Counterbalance 4 wheel drive 2.6 tonnes capacity

Telescopic Handlers 4 wheel drive 7 metre to 14 metres     

Is there a minimum period for FLT hire?

The minimum hire period is one day.         

What will my hire contract include?

Your hire contract will include everything except Tyres, Damage, Forks and Consumables

What are my responsibilities when hiring a forklift truck?

To hire a forklift truck you must possess Hired In plant insurance and the machine must be operated by a qualified driver. You must ensure the forklift truck is used in a responsible manner only on the terrain it was designed for. The machines must NOT be overloaded by exceeding the capacity of the forklift truck.
