HISTORY
Manton Hire Ltd came into existence on the 22nd November 1996, evolving from Manton Hire which was a privately owned company trading in the hire, sales and servicing of forklift trucks, both new and used. The original company was founded in 1989, occupying premises at Magull, Liverpool.
In 1991, when trading moved to a full time basis, the company moved to premises at Moat Farm, Hawarden on the North Wales/England border. From there the company moved to its present location at Llay, Wrexham, in April 2005.
EXPERIENCE
Manton Hire & Sales Ltd is one of the Northwest’s leading suppliers of a wide range of industrial counterbalanced forklift trucks powered by diesel, gas and electric. The main trust of the Company is tied to ‘industrials’ but a keen and specialised interest is maintained in the supply of 4WD JCB or Manitou counterbalance rough terrain forklift trucks and telescopic Handlers.
The Company aims to provide the customer with a tailored service at competitive prices. The combined experience and expertise of its personnel, along with a strategic partnership with leading manufacturers allows Manton Hire & Sales to specify the most appropriate equipment for it’s customers use.
With dedicated premises located in Wrexham; Manton Hire & Sales is perfectly situated to provide the very best in forklift truck hire, and forklift truck repair and servicing to clients nationwide. Manton Hire & Sales Ltd is also able to offer a range of used forklift trucks for sale, and, as the official Hyundai dealer for the Northwest, the company can supply new forklift trucks to meet any clients material handling needs. The company employs a team of dedicated personnel supported by experienced engineers to provide a professional service to meet all its clients requirements.
